  2. Because it's a tradition to wear that flower in the Remembrance Day, which is celebrated the second Sunday of November, to honour the British who died in the wars.

    It's called Poppy flower, and the British men wear them in public events.

    It's a Poppy.

    Because they want to remember all those men and women who were killed during the two World Wars and other conflicts.
    On Remembrance day. Remembrance Sunday is held on the second Sunday in November, which is usually the Sunday nearest to 11 November.

    2) The flower is a poppy and British people wear it to remember a buttle that happened in the land of Flanders during the First World War.

    3) We can see people wearing it during one month since 11th October until 11th of November. The tribune finishes the same day that the First World War was ended on the 11th November

    Becouse it´s a commemorate the sacrifices of members of the armed forces and of civilians in times of the First World War. It's a Poppy. I can see people in Britain wearing one on 11 November.
